When I frist got Coco, he was very skiddish and shy. But now, he is extremely friendly. So, how should I have him enjoy me picking him up ? I need him to be able to be calm and not try to jump out of my hands because if he ever will have to go to the vet, the vet wont be able to handle him.

A bunny that actually enjoys getting picked up is rare. As a prey animal, it’s a very scary thing. My bunnies do not like getting picked up but they tolerate it. How long have you had your bun and how often do you pick him up?

I have had him for 2 years and I pick him up once or twice a week.

Maybe try more often to get him more used to it. Also, make sure bunny feels secure. Like I mentioned, most bunnies really don’t enjoy being picked up but you want to make bunny feel as secure as possible.
