I’m very new here so I’ll have to apologize if this has been discussed already. I was wondering if I could buy a plastic toy chain meant to make bird and chinchilla toys with to use in my rabbit’s area? I’m pretty sure it’s an acrylic type of solid plastic based on what I’ve seen. I didn’t plan to use for direct play loose in her area, but more for clipping other toys and some veggies to- just something to get her to stretch plenty. I didn’t see that as an issue, but I was wondering if it would be safe to play with a very short cutting of it since they come fairly lengthy? Thank you in advanced!

I have some toys from the pet shop hanging on the sides with the metal closures but my cage has high walls and no top, that why I was contemplating running one of those chains along the top with a bit of a slope, then hooking some stuff on with their closure clasps as well as longer leafy greens. I just wasn’t sure if it would be safe to maybe cut off maybe three connected links for her to toss around like baby keys since I’d have extra.
