Okay, so we know we are all bunny-lovers who have collections of hay, cardboard, and bunny hair…but what other things make you happy??

I’m a collector of all kinds of things…always have been.  I mainly collect different kinds of toys and vintage kitchen goodies.  My favorites being My Little Ponies, Asian Ball Jointed dolls (dolls in general), Funko Pop! figures, Stephen King hardcover books, and anything DC Comics Harley Quinn related.  Our house looks like a cross between a toy store and a flea market, lol!

        What else do you love!?

You have a big collection. I don’t collect anything atm but when I was younger I had quite the Barbie collection. I gave it all to my neice. I like the dolls they are very interesting. I haven’t seen them before.

I guess my hobbies are working out, cooking now it seems, gardening, spending time with the rabbits and my other pets. I like to take care of my plants especially my roses. I currently have 6 rose bushes and various other plants. I also like to watch Korean Dramas. I know I am a bit weird. That’s all I can think of atm.

I’ve started collecting funko figures, but they’re a bit expensive for me at the moment to get anymore than the two I have. I prefer to keep them in the boxes though.

I also am a lover of twisty puzzles (rubik’s cube like puzzles.) and tear apart puzzles. Not so much jigsaw puzzles, but stuff that really makes me think. I also don’t have much money to buy many so my collection is small.

I’ll try and get some pictures later if anyone’s confused on what i mean with the puzzles.

Sindriona: I love watching Korean Dramas as well…not that I tell many people because the looks I get when I DO tell people priceless ? You would have thought I had grown a third head ?

I have way too many hobbies if we’re being honest, I paint (mostly watercolors), sketch (really rough, flow-y sketches), write fiction books, knit, crochet, ride horses, clicker train dogs, watch Netflix (mostly psychological thrillers), play guitar, piano, and violin very poorly, and do an amazing amount school work. I’m not all that athletic (I have two left feet ), but I do enjoy doing lots of what people would term ‘artsy’…even if I happen to be extremely bad at it ?

My mom bought me a set of Wizard of Oz dolls with matching lamps when I was about four, and since then, I’ve collected Wizard of Oz dolls. I’ll try to take a good picture, but they’re nowhere near as organized as your collections, BunsAndDolls! They’re kind of all over the place.

As far as hobbies go, I write (though since that’s what I’m currently studying in school and what I hope to eventually make a career out of, I’m not sure if that counts as far as a “hobby,” per say). I used to be really involved in theatre and I sang some, but college has sort of put that on the back burner. And of course, I love reading and Netflix (I adore binge watching television shows!) .

                      Cool collections everyone

I’m a very broke grad student, so I don’t collect much. I get a magnet from whichever place I go to for work, even if they only have tacky ones and I collect postcards. I have about 100 from all over the world. I do postcrossing, so I receive them from all over the place. I’m on brake now, since I’m moving in September and don’t want any cards sent to this address anymore. I’ll restart once I’m moved

For hobbies… I read a lot. Like 40-50 books per year. A lot sci-fi and fantasy, but a little bit of everything else too. I used to be into mystery a lot, and read a ton of Agatha Christie. I love dancing and been dancing for 14 years, on and off. I love photography (see photo thread!) but I do mostly wildlife and nature, so I only get to do it on occasion. I watch some tv shows, but I’ve watched a lot more in the past. I still follow Dr. Who religiously, and I’m catching up on Supernatural. I’m very much looking forward to some tv shows coming up this year – X-Files, The Expanse and The Magicians

Oh, and I guess I’m starting a nice collection of board games. Whenever I find a game I’m into with discount I get it. I’m particularly a fan of card games, like Fluxx. I just tried out Sushi Go! last night and loved it. We do have a board game cafe in town, so that helps curb my spending – board games are expensive!!

I would probably have more hobbies and collections if I had more money as well. I definitely would have more roses. I guess I kind of have a small rabbit item collection around my house if I think of it. I had to stop picking up rabbit décor because I didn’t want to go too crazy with rabbit items.

abeautifulhope I listen to KPop as well. I know what you mean by people’s reactions. My husband doesn’t understand how I can watch or listen to something that’s not in English.

I don’t listen to Kpop just because I’m not super into pop of any sort…but I do love KDramas, they’re just so cheesy and hilarious it’s hard not to.  The only person who really knows I watch it is my cousin, and that’s because I have a running commentary that I have to share with someone, and her phone happens to always be on her so it is quite easy to just share my running commentary with her   One time her phone died and when she turned it on she had over 1,000+ texts from me ranting about the show I was currently watching…good thing she loves me

I love the cheesiness of some of them I have watched more serious ones as well. My mom and some of my in-laws know but I don’t talk to them about them. sometimes I will talk to my husband about them. I have watched a few where the girl is posing as a guy for instance( I don’t know why they have so many of those) and he will say is that a guy? Or I can tell she is a girl. He just rolls his eyes at me. hehe

abeautifulhope, you have all the hobbies I wish I had! Minus the homework & books really lol. I love to paint too! I do a lot of oil painting mostly, a few sketches here & there when I’m bored but I haven’t sketched enough in a while to be satisfied with the drawings I do now :/ I also do a lot of various other crafts.

If animal care in general is a hobby, I love doing that! I’ve taken in a lot of different animals from dogs, cats, turtles, even saved newborn rats one time. I typically fix them up, get meat on their bones & find them new homes.

Here’s a few of my crafts

& my favorite pencil drawing I did years ago, Professor Kramer My conure was my muse

Would love to see other people’s artworks or crafts too! Post some pics?

Mimzy your crafts are so nice! You did an awesome job on those. I wish I could draw but I can not. I love the little bunnies!

abeautifulhope Coffee Prince was one of my favorites as well. I really liked that one. The first one I started watch was You are Beautiful I think that’s what it was call it was the girl that joined a boy group in place of her brother. That one was pretty silly. Its what got me into watching dramas. I am considering getting an account from Drama Fever so I can watch tons of shows that I cant get on Netflix.

Mimzy, your crafts are stunning ? I wish I could sketch like you…while I may have all of these hobbies, it doesn’t particularly mean I’m good at them ?

Sindriona, I’m going to have to watch You are Beautiful now…for me the sillier = the better…I have the world’s weirdest tastes. I like my psychological thrillers (I’m watching The Following right now…soooooo good. Creepy, and twisted [not for the faint of heart] but ah-mazing and really interesting/thought provoking about the human psyche and how easily it is influenced and whatnot) but I also REALLY love my silly, cheesy romances ?

Great My Little Pony collection! Are they all Rainbow Dash? I started collecting them when the new ones came out like 10 years ago but they just started coming out to fast so I gave up. I loved them as a kid and still do.

                                        Cute stuff Mimzy!!!!

I have a collection of Bearington Bunnies. I have about 30 including Giant Mocha. Sorry, I don’t have any pics as they are currently in boxes. If you google them, you will want some. Haven’t bought any in a while but I love them so much.

My husband collects action figures, all different sorts from Star Wars to horror movies to super heroes. He has over 3000. Probably about 100 of them are mine. He used to have a pretty impressive toy room in the basement. But we had to box them all up and turn the toy room into our bedroom when we made the nursery.

As for my hobbies, I love embroidery and cross-stitch. I make a lot of bunny-themed stuff. Reading historical novels. I’m a big Tudor England and Ancient Egyptian fan. And I love horseback riding. I’ve been riding for over 20 years and have a Morgan named Winnie. I don’t get much time to ride anymore but it’s so nice when I do.

Everybody has awesome hobbies and collections! I forgot to mention that I’m addicted to scrapbooking too. I’ve never been terribly artistic with painting or drawing or anything, though I always wished I was! I’ve always been a bit of a writer though…several pieces of published poetry when I was younger, but I haven’t submitted anything in a LONG time, lol. I am in the process of putting together an original story though – right now I just have rough outlines and character history, but it’s time to start pulling it together.

And yes, all the ponies in that picture are Rainbow Dash, hahaha! She’s my favorite of the modern-era ponies. It got to be too much to keep up with ALL the different characters, so I sold most everything else and focused on her.

My BJDs were all purchased from various online sellers. I bought most of them second hand, but I got a couple from Denver Doll Emporium and Junky Spot. And They are usually NOT that organized, lol. They were standing on the coffee table for a group photo. I have toys and dolls scattered all over the house.

I use to cross-stitch and I loved it. I didn’t do it for a couple of years and decided to pick up the hobby again and couldn’t remember how to do it. I loved it though. Its fun and relaxing at the same time.

My parents watch The Following! Definitely creepy but it’s interesting. I’m usually in the room when they watch it so I’ve watched bits & pieces of it I got really into watching Once Upon a Time, just finished the 4th season & waiting for Season 5!

I’m so jealous of everyone who horseback rides! Wish I could ride on a regular basis

It’s creepy but still so good.  My mom walked in while I was watching it and watched two episodes with me…when they were finished she looked at me like I was a weirdo with ten heads, No mom, I am not and will never be a serial killer.  It’s not my fault I happen to like creepy shows that make your brain go into hyper drive trying to take it all it in.

OUAT used to be my favorite show (I love anything that puts a new spin on an old fairytale…so OUAT was the holy grail for me), I just got annoyed with Emma.  LOVE the actress, not a huge fan of the character, no idea why because I normally love all of Jennifer Morrison’s characters   It also doesn’t help that after introducing my mother to it she started watching it and then would DELETE ALL OF THE NEW EPISODES BEFORE I COULD WATCH THEM so I got so far behind that it would take forever to catch up

My husband is really into geeky board games too. I feel bad because he’s always trying to get me to play them.

Mimzy- I love OUAT too. Just starting Season 4 now, hoping to get caught up before S5!

I’m a big OUaT fan too! I’m really looking forward to Merida in the next season…I was let down with the whole Frozen storyline, I hope they do a better job with Brave.

I only saw season1 of The Following, but it was really good. I should watch Season 2, lol. I’m a big Doctor Who fan, and I love Supernatural and The X-Files….and Buffy the Vampire Slayer. I like supernatural TV, hahaha. Is anybody else watching Aquarius this season? I’ve always been fascinated by serial killers and true crime stories in general (if I’d have known “criminal profiler” was a job, I’d have gone for that!) and Charles Manson is one I’ve read a lot about…the show is an interesting take, for sure. And I promise, I’m not a weirdo serial killer myself, LOL!

I also used to play D&D and Magic: The Gathering, but all my friends that I used to play with have moved too far away. Now we all have families and jobs and we aren’t able to get together to play. I’d LOVE to get back into MtG.

I really like vintage stuff including clothing, I have a dress that is over 110 years old, I would model it but can’t get one arm in it.

I really love playing video games, and I’ve been playing Final Fantasy XIV online with my aunt, uncle and their friends. I’m a long time FF lover

Cooking is one of my favorite things to do! I’m vegan and I love coming up with new dishes, trying out new recipes online. I love feeding people because it really changes their mindset.

The bf and I collect Pop Figures! The Harry Potter line just came out and I WANT ALL OF THEM!

As for shows, I really love BONES. I have an addiction to HGTV and House Hunters International. Sometimes I feel like throwing my tv out the window at the ridiculous expectations that some folks bring to other countries, lol. Living space is so small in other countries compared to the US.

I’m a sometimes video game addict too! I’ve never been real big on any of the console FF games (I hate turn-based fighting)…but my husband is absolutely addicted to FFIV – He has scheduled gaming times with his friends online, haha. He plays FF and I binge watch Netflix.
I’m much more a console gamer. We have a PS4, XBox 360, and a WiiU and I play them more than he does. I also spend a lot of time playing my 3DS…I love games like Pokemon and Animal Crossing, where I can play for a little while and stop without feeling like I’m in the middle of something that I must finish.

Ohhhhh! I love Pokemon! I’m thinking of getting a Boo (from Mario) x Gengar tattoo in the future! I have no nerdy tattoos.. and that needs to change lol! I’m going to order Chrono Trigger for the DS soon. I also have a 3ds! I’m currently blasting some FF music at my job haha

My boyfriend is pretty understanding when I have long gaming sessions. He does his own thing, he’s really into Warhammer, so while I’m playing, he paints up his models/goes to the Games Workshop stores to play.

I watched a video of a girl visiting a Final Fantasy café in Japan and thought of you LoveChaCha. I watch HGTV too. House Hunters and International House Hunters are some of my favorite long time shows. You are right people expect too much most of the time. Its crazy. You would think they would do some research or have some idea that homes around the world aren’t all the same as the US. You can tell some realtors are annoyed too. hehe

As for video games the only one I played in the past on and off was Everquest. My husband plays all kinds. His main one is Destiny.

It seems like I am picking up a cooking hobby now too, I am actually enjoying it a lot more than I use to. I try something different every week now.

Omg! My uncle likes Everquest! He has been playing MMO-rpgs for ages. I just got FFXIV in February when I was unemployed for 2 months. It was nice to fill in the time. I still play it, just a little less now that I am working I tried Destiny and didn’t like it. I had friends playing with me, but it just never grabbed my attention.

Oh! I got my Lavendar Town Skirt from Teefury! It is SO COMFORTABLE and ROOMY! I usually don’t like buying clothes online, but it was so worth it! It has my favorite Pokemon – Gastly, Haunter, and Gengar I love me ghost Pokemon!

They have such fun and pretty places in Japan. I wish I could go there myself.

I played EQ as we call it off and on. I had a rogue I really enjoyed playing. I would play with my husband and a friend of his but we quit it got boring and wasn’t fun. Its been a couple of years now I since I last played. I doubt we will ever play it again.

I guess that skirt was popular because I just looked and its sold out. They have some interesting stuff on that site.

Either I play coop or I enjoy pwning others lol. Mostly I play World of warcraft, Destiny (ps4), dabble with ffxiv now that wow is f2p, some league of legends (love it), and heroes of the storm. On the odd occasion I will play some Civ 5 with old roommates.
