Hello bunny carers, when you clean your bunny’s cage and clean the tinkle poop tray and give food, does your bunny give you some bunny love? I give my Mummy Bunny love and Bunny kisses before I get back in my cage

Mine are too busy trying to be the first to use the clean litter box.

If Yohio has pooped outside his box and I sweep it up, I get growls and then he attacks the broom. The broom is his enemy. He beats it up when I’m not in the room

Yohio, this is Olly, when you do poop and your Mummy cleans it up don’t attack brush, give your Mummy a love to say thank you, see if that works bam.

LBJ10, you have some good bunnies there

I don’t know about that! LOL They do it because they want to claim the litter box and they seem to think that being the first to use it places it in a state of eternal dibs.

Aria can be sitting relaxed and happy, and I can touch her toys, her food, her playhouse, but when I go the litterbox corner (it’s hidden under a table in the bunny room so I have to get on all fours to get the box and hay rack) she comes bolting over, and is all in my cleaning business! She tries to get in the box before I can do anything and will grunt and lunge. So I have learned to do it when she’s snoozing in her hidey box – I act quick. Get down, get it out, clean, get it back….as quietly as possible.

Mine don’t seem to mind when I clean their boxes because it means mommy has opened the closet so they can get in there and explore. They love the closet. I am assuming they love it because its a forbidden place.
