        I was just wondering, we have an aabundance of those cheap chinese take out chopsticks. Does anyone know if they are treated somehow or could i give one to my rabbit for chewing? Just an idol thought, any one know?

          Chopsticks can be made of bamboo, birch, wood.

            I wouldn’t. Can’t remember where exactly I read it, but I had a bunch of chopsticks too, and I looked online to find out what they’re made of. For the most part, they are treated, and there’s no real way to tell what they’re made from or if they’re treated or not. So I wouldn’t risk it.

              I just want to add often times even if they are not treated they do splinter and I wouldn’t feel safe giving a rabbit something that could easily splinter.
