Prince ate about 3 peace lily leaves. It is on the toxins list. But he is acting completely normal and is running and jumping around. I’m going to give him Viatimin E oil and veggies with high water content. Any suggestions or advice?? I’m not in town and I’m trying to prevent paying $100+.
        Thank you thank you!!

If this is a peace lily like what I know, then the concern is mostly calcium oxalate which would cause irritation of mucous membranes and intestinal lining.

I wouldn’t suggest vitamin E oil. Just make sure he is drinking plenty of water and eating tons of hay. Keep an eye on his food intake and poop.

Thank you so much for such a rapid reply!

Unfortunately I have already given him a little bit of Vitamin E oil and a slice of cucumber.  However as soon as I read your response I immediately gave him tons of hay.  He has been eating very well and playing and laying around (completely normal behavior).  He seems to be extra hungry also because I see him in his cage now eating lots of hay.  His water bowl is full so I will stay awake a couple more hours and monitor his behavior and poop.

Thanks again! Prince says thank you as well!
