I have a 4 year old Mini Rex that has red spots on both of her feet.  Is this normal wear and tear for a Mini Rex or should I see a vet?

          I can’t see a pic.

If they are hard pink callouses, that is perfectly fine and normal. Cause for concern is redness, blistering, cracking and/or bleeding. Mini Rex’s are prone to sore hocks so it’s good to always keep their nails trimmed short and keep him on proper flooring.

I reuploaded the pic. Is this normal?

It’s hard to tell from the pic but they don’t look too red to me. Like I said, hard and pink is normal, red, swelling, bleeding or cracking needs treatment.
