I don’t know if I should stay my bunny or not. She’s a 7-8 month old rabbit, and she stays in the house at all times. She isn’t aggressive, but does like to mark her territory. I really don’t have enough money to spay her, but I want to do what’s best for her. Any suggestions?

Yes, you should spay her…rabbits who are not spayed have an 80% chance of contracting uterine cancer. Save up and get it done.

Ditto, Sarita. The risk of an intact female getting cancer is just too great.

Well, I mentioned in another post that she was humped by an unnutered male, and could be pregnant. I’m going to the vet later to see if she is, and if she is I’m getting an emergency spay, and if not, this brought a whole new perspective to me on how easily she could become pregnant. So either way, she IS getting spayed ASAP

The answer is always yes to spay/neuter
