I just very recently became a bunny mamma again; about a week or so ago.  I adopted a set of 6 week old   Mini Lop sisters named Cookie and Smudge and just the other day I brought home an 8 week old boy I like to call Bo, short for Boudewijn which is Dutch since he’s a Holland Lop.

I had Mini Rex before, in the neighborhood of 10 years ago.

I’m 40-something (eh hem!) and live in Central Pennsylvania.  I’m looking for friends, useful hints and advice.

People are always surprised when I say about neutering my rabbits.  Why not?  We neuter cats and dogs.

I guess a lot of people don’t see rabbits the same way as they see dogs and cats.  They’re missing out.

Hi Tiffany, welcome, hope you are OK, as for neutering pets, yes it is always a good idea, I’m a newbie ‘ish’ here too but have asked loads of questions because it is over 20 years since I looked after rabbits, my own and in a rescue home, my rabbit is a rescue animal so I do ask many questions, I only have the one rabbit called Olly, who is now my little baby, he is the most spoilt rabbit here because he is the only rabbit in the area
