Olly was sniffing my hands and suddenly I saw the whites of his eyes, I have eczema on my hands and moved my hands away from him, he went back to his cage, is showing whites of their eyes fear? Or is it ‘Hmm what’s this?’

Sometimes when bunnies stretch their heads or look at something a certain way I find you can see the whites of their eyes. If he didn’t exhibit any other signs of fear, I would say it was a coincidence, or maybe it was just curiosity like you said.

I’ve seen it a few times now, so it doesn’t bother me, he’s not been scared, he moved my bag with brushes, combs and hairdryer earlier and I saw the whites of his eyes whilst inspecting my bag.
