OK we usually don’t need these, but I suffer from bad Psoriasis and Eczema and it is very bad, my hands are at their worst and I feel how rough they are, Olly knows when I have this and does not like to be stroked because dry skin goes on him, I need some thin gloves to also pulled over my bandages, Olly tries to pull my bandages off, think he thinks he is making me better, we had a dog when I was little that tried to pull my cast of my leg years ago, but I have no idea what to get, all I see are the plastic ones, no good for me even latex free, yellow builders gloves are a no Olly pulls them off me and thick gloves rub my hands and bandage and make me bleed, any ideas please?

I haven’t had to use gloves with Lilith, but what I might recommend for some kind of soft gloves would actually be golfing gloves. They don’t have the rough abrasion on the bottom like ski or football gloves, are made to fit tight if you so choose, and are very soft. Not sure that it would stop a bite, but they would be a lot better for handling a bunny. They also come really cheap in the states, and I am sure its not very different in the UK. Good luck!

What about some cotton knit gardening gloves? They are lightweight and soft, and what I use for gardening. If they fit well and aren’t too big, they sort of mold to your fingers and hands. I don’t know if Olly could pull those off or not.

Thanks both of you, there is no sort of biting going on The Law Bun, there was before but it was my hand cream from the doctors, it was Aveeno cream, its oat based Bunnies love oats, I’m not sure of the material used in golf gloves and Tobyluv mentioned cotton, 100% cotton is best for skin problems, I am allergic to polyester, I have seen a pair in a place called Homebase, its near the pet store so I’ll go have a look when I’m up there, pictures don’t tell you everything, lol it’ll be fun, see if I can take them off with my teeth, people give me funny looks when I’m looking at something, like the last thing was a small battery operated TV, I was on my hands and knees in the second hand shop seeing if I could push it with my chin, I said, “I’ll take it my bunny can’t push that over.”

My hubby has a problem with exzema on his hands and he puts rx creme on his hands at night and sleeps in nitrile medical gloves. He had plain white cotten gloves that he got at Walmart or CVS. He stopped using the cotten gloves because he has big hands and the cotten gloves just weren’t big enough. Pretty sure they make cotten glove liners. Check out “cotten inspection gloves” from Uline online.
