Last night, I finally built up the courage to let Fuji have free range for the whole night! She has been annoying me every morning around 5-6 am by chewing on her metal cage walls.  I decided I had enough of this and wanted to see if she would be quieter if I let her out while I slept.  She was quiet for the whole night! I am so excited this worked and am planning to free range her though out the day as well! Since I have fixed her about a little over a month ago, I’ve noticed her need for chewing has decreased and she already had really good litter habits.  Letting her out has probably been the best thing I have done.

          YAY!!!

Edit to ADD – just watch for those 4am zoomies and binkies on the bed along with whisker’s in your face – *SIGH*!

She did jump on me at 6am but trust me, I can handle a little bun-human contact. What I can’t handle is the constant thumping of disapproval of not getting pellets and gnawing on the cage at 5am. So happy this is finally happening!

When we stay at the in-laws the buns are free-roam in our room. It freaks me out everytime Pumpkin jumps on the bed while I’m sleeping (Rocky doesn’t for some reason). Yay Fuji!!

Hahaha! I love it when they jump on the bed! I would like to make my room more “rabbit friendly” by adding cool obstacles or just more toys I guess. My room is a tad small due to my huge queen bed so I don’t have too much space, but enough to add something. What would you suggest?

You could create some kind of tower. We had extra nic cubes so we built a “shelf” for the buns to jump on and put a blanket under for them to nap on.
