I don’t know if you’d technically classify this as tag as he never chases me but Bun Bun seems to like getting his head in things he shouldn’t and when yelling “No!” doesn’t work, I personally stomp over there and shoo him away. But before I can get my hands on him to push him lightly away, he runs away and shakes his head in what I’m assuming is a head binky according to the bunny language website I used. Is he having fun getting caught?

Yup, I guarantee your bunny is having fun!

My bunny does this all the time. My husband used to have to chase her into her cage at bedtime and she had the BEST time trying to outsmart him. Some days, she would purposely go in quickly so that the next day, she could catch him off guard! When it’s bed time or she’s in trouble for doing something naughty, she always runs away from us doing binkies and head shakes! She’s so proud of causing mischief! LOL

Kieko does that with us all the time. She’ll also come over and nip us on the back when we’re sitting on the floor and then binky away. Kieko also likes to play “get the bunny” — we tickle-pinch her side and she runs/binkies and then comes back over to go again. If we’re standing up and bend over and make the tickle-pinch motion and say “I’m gonna get the bunny”, she’ll run/binky around and then get just within reach.

Marlee will repeatedly bite Moshi on the butt and run until he chases her, then they both binky. If he won’t chase her, she’ll try to hump him which will always get him chasing. Bunny with a backup plan!

Willow loves “I’m gonna get the bun” too! She loves to sit in the hallway and whenever we come through and try to tickle her, she starts running away as fast as she can, head shakes and all. Of course, if we don’t chase after her, she stops mid hall, turns her head slightly to watch us, and waits for us to keep chasing her! The second we start walking again, she goes full speed.

Somehow all of her games though end up with her sitting in front of the refrigerator… It’s always her plan to lead us there for treats!
