I’ve asked variations of this question before I think, but I need some help finding toys for my rabbit because he has taken to chewing up the carpet!!!!! Aaahh help me!!! I have given him balls, treat toys, chew toys, a slinky, some boxes, newspaper, and he just uses them for about 10 mins and then goes under the coach to sleep. I go to spend time with him for 2-3 hrs and we usually just sit and I pet him while I read or do my homework or something… But is there anything we can do together? Whenever I’m with him or come to check on him he is just laying down and asking for pets (he’s getting fatter, but his cheeks are so cute!!!!!) I have a feeling that my bunny is just kinda lazy or is this normal? Thanks!

It sounds like your bunny has a lot of energy and needs some new ways of getting it out. It is awesome that you have provided him with plenty of toys, but maybe you need to take it a step further and try training him to do tricks. This will get him up and moving, great for slimming him a little. You may also want to check out some more intricate toys that will require your bun to think a little more, which can help if he has grown bored of his current toys.
