For a while, one would think that the movie “Maze Runner” was being filmed in my house due to all of the blockages of various passageways for a certain trouble making bunny.  Now that I removed some of the ways for her to go behind the couch for example, she doesn’t seem to do it as much! Anyone else notice this? She seems less interested in my HDMI cables and router cables, too!

Hope that works for me. I’ll have to try it. My hubby doesn’t want me putting up fence blockades because they are unsightly, but so are the sheets I lay over all those cables!! I’m going to try and block it off again and see if it helps

Be careful, it may be the sneaky bunny way of convincing you to lower your guard and expose all those luscious forbidden items that bunny loves to chew . . .!

I find if my bunnies know they are not supposed to do something, they want to do it more.

I agree with this statement! Seems like as much as I try and redirect Cinder from STILL digging at my bedroom door to get in, she still does it! I’ll be sitting in my living room trying to coax her away (or even calling to her) and she waits until I have to get a firm tone to come running back. She’ll go run in her cage or apologize by constant grooming lol. How can I be mad after that?

You can’t. That’s why bunnies are such little brats. They know they can get away with it.

My bunny Bam does respond well to my blocking him from places where I don’t want him to go. He seems to plain forget about areas he can’t have access to.

My other bunny Yohio is the opposite. Any obstacle in his way must be destroyed, torn apart, chewed into small pieces, violently thrown away – you get the idea, I think.

Come to think of it, it’s not terribly unlike how people can be=) Some are complacent. Some are not.

edit: Do not let any bunny trick you into believing he/she won’t chew cords. Some sunny day, even the most placid, lazy bunny will suddenly find cord-chewing an excellent idea. Bam is not much of a cord-chewer but he did cut the Internet cable once when the idea suddenly entered into his little head.
