Hey guys! It’s been almost two years since I got my buns. They’re one male one female holland lops. The male was neutered a year ago and the female was spayed about three months ago. I just started bonding them today. When they were younger they were inseparable but I seperated them due to obvious reasons. Their cages are stacked one above the other. When they go out they both use the same room and they always see each other through the cage. They have been in the tub together for the past hour. They haven’t nipped each other or mounted each other. They’re sharing greens and grooming one another. Is this good? Will I be able to house them together soon? How long should I wait? They’re currently cuddling in the tub together.

Sounds great. I’d give it a couple more bathtub meets, expand to the whole bathroom a few times and if they’re still cuddling and grooming, try a semi-neutral area. There’s going to be some humping, just make sure there’s no face humping (risk of serious bite injuries).
