I got these two adorable buns today, but I’m unsure what breed they are (the person I adopted them from had no idea either, as she had adopted them from a shelter). So what breed do you think they are? And what age?

I am not very good with breeds but the white one looks like a Himalayan ( I think?). I do not know about the other one, hopefully someone better with breeds will come along and let you know. Most rescue bunnies are mixed breed. They look like younger adults, and are very cute.

The light one looks sable-ish, but the color is diluted.

I also thought Himalayan rabbit, or even a California rabbit… hmmm…

I also thought the grey one also looks similar to a wild rabbit?

Definitely the colouring of a wild bunny. I don’t have any guesses on the breeds but they are lovely.

The pretty girl with the greyish coat looks a bit like a Silver Fox Agouti but her front legs aren’t cobby enough. Just like the agouti the smoke pearl of the paler bunny can also occur in many different breeds. My Pascal is a pure black Silver Fox, his two sisters from the same litter (they were rescued together) are both agouti’s.
