        Hello everyone,

I live in an annex in my parents’ garden (really not as fancy as it sounds!) Rent is high and I went back into education so it suits me just fine. I have lots of stuff and very little storage space. I have large drawers on wheels underneath my bed which I can roll in and out, and behind them I have some boxes. This has made one of my bunnies very curious and she has managed to get underneath a couple of times. I have an x-pen which I use 3 parts of to fence off half of the room to stop them going under the bed, but it’s hard to get around as it’s such a small room anyway, and she has broken out a couple of times.

I was wondering if anyone had any products they can recommend to just fence off the gap under the bed so that they could roam around the room fully without me worrying? I was looking at small x-pens intended for hamsters and guinea pigs but I can’t find one that comes apart like my larger bunny one does. I also don’t want something heavy and permanent because I need to access the storage under the bed quite often. The bed is a double size and an iron-frame so it would need to go around 2 sides (it’s pushed into a corner so only two sides are open to my bunny). I also don’t want anything too expensive, as to increase space I may change my furniture next year.

What about NIC Cubes pieces? Those are the shelving units that people make bunny condos from. Just check out the Housing section of BB and you will see what I mean. You could build a little fence with those all around the bed.
