I had assumed maybe Pumpkin was molting around her nose. She had some tiny chunks of missing hair since we got her a month ago. When we took her to the vet for some other issues, the vet seemed concerned about it though. There’s a test in now for ringworm, but vet was starting to doubt that’s the issue by the end of our appointment.

Anyone seen anything like this? It’s not just hairless spots, but the little bumps are kind of hard, like a scab.

Are they bumpy/warty at all? The bumps could be papillomas.

That is one of the things the vet is thinking for her lady parts…
            Definitely bumpy and hard.

Are you familiar with papilomas LBJ? treatment?

Well, you can have them loped off if they are large/troublesome. Usually, they resolve on their own. It takes a little while, but if they aren’t hurting anything then it doesn’t make sense to put your bunny through the trauma of having them removed.

Ya, I don’t think they are big enough to be removed. Not sure what we’re going to do about her lady parts…the only way to diagnose for sure is through biopsy…its not getting worse, but not getting better either.
