I have a young bunny, about two months old, that has recently started crawling. He started two days ago, I noticed he was incredibly lethargic, wouldn’t eat or drink, and was crawling with a bloated belly. We immediately took him to the vet, they said if anything, he was just underweight. I brought him back home and gave him a belly massage after assuming he was constipated, it helped him a lot with lots of mushy droppings. The next morning he was much more energetic and binkying around again. Today however, he is in between. He is crawling again, but will now hop when alarmed or hopping onto something, if he wants to move fast, he will, he is eating fine, but him crawling has me really worried. I’m hoping he was just constipated and now maybe his bottom hurts, or his stomach is cramping some. I didn’t change any of his diet what so ever, and recently added another water bottle as I have three bunnies. Any advice please??

I would have your vet take a look at him and check for coccidia.

Yeah ditto going back to the vet. Was the vet able to observe him crawling? Maybe take a video of it-definitely not a weight related I’m sure!
