I have had my bunny for 6 weeks now. She is not neutered yet. She is 4-5 months old. She is a house rabbit.

When she used to lie down on the carpet to rest she would let me pet her quite happily and sit there for ages. Now when I stroke her she often gets up and run around me in an obsessed way making very quite noises, almost like a soft grunt. She will also poo a few times on the carpet which is NOT like her at all (she’s strictly a little tray girl). She sniffs at me in an obsessive manner but does not bite.

        What does this mean?

        Thanks!

At that age its very possible its her hormones kicking in, rabbits behaviour tends to change at about 4 or 5 months old if they are not neutered because that’s around the age of sexual maturity.

I agree. Very likely hormones are at work.

I also agree with the other two posts. Sounds like she is becoming hormonal. Have you looked into getting your rabbit spayed? That could possibly fix the issues that you are seeing and will make her more calm.
