Hi! My bunny had gas and an episode of GI stasis which was over after two days. She is now pooping, less than usual but pooping – which is a relief. She hasn’t been eating as much as her normal days but much more than a couple days back, and on her own.
The same goes for water. Right now her poops are an irregular shape but no longer attached to each other with fur, and are paler in some places? Like you could see some green from the hay if you look real close. And I noticed that some were partly covered with a yellowish transparent liquid. Could this be related to the GI episode from a couple days back?

Others will be able to help you more comprehensively, but I do know that small, misshapen poops can be a sign that the bunny isn’t eating enough. Did she undergo surgery for the blockage? This is a common sight after surgery, and a good one – it means the tract is working, just not getting enough food. But it sounds like her appetite is slowly returning, which is good. The yellow transparent mucus is also common after a course of antibiotics, but it can also be a sign of intestinal irritation or slow-down. In her case, it may be that her gut is just returning to normal slowly.

Thankfully her poops are back to a normal color and shape! Not as many as I’d like but we’re working on it. She’s eating more and drinking as usual.

However she has been sleeping all day but she doesn’t shy away when I pet her. She doesn’t move as much as usual. Could she be getting better from GI and still have some pain, maybe? I took her out in the yard today and she ate grass but didn’t jump around too much. Bring out a banana though and that changes things. I think she would’ve climbed on my back as long as she ate the whole thing. Just a pinch for her though. A very very sick bunny wouldn’t move at all, right? even for a treat?
