I have put Krimpet and Kiki in the bathtub together. Krimpet is definitely fearful of the tub, but Kiki isn’t. She generally just finds a place to sit until she gets too annoyed by Krimpet. I have tried the banana; Krimpet will lick it off of Kiki, but she won’t off of him (and she loves banana). Krimpet is now getting used to the tub and starting to hump Kiki again; she is submissive until she gets annoyed and then hops away.

So, this is where we’ve been for several days now. Krimpet keeps humping; Kiki is submissive; no fighting; no grooming. However, Krimpet will sit next to Kiki on occassion (as he’s staring at me for help to get out of the tub). She does put her head down as if she’d be okay with grooming, but then she just gets humped instead. And now the tub isn’t so scary. Any ideas on what to try next?

You could try an empty hallway instead of the tub now. Block off exits.
