did ran to a box i set up for her (which she never goes to) and was acting strange. I noticed some liquid stool. Which she quickly licked up. She seemed to almost be falling over when falling asleep and grinding her teeth. I knew she was in pain. No vets in my area care for bunnies ( UGH) I went and got her simethicone (which she took once and now refuses) I also notice she is cleaning herself a lot (I mean WAY WAY more than normal). I also saw stool sticking out of her butt. she wont let me clean her. She is about 12 weeks old. She is eating (but only freshly picked grass) and drinking so far. any ideas on what do to??

She really needs to be seen by a vet. Watery poop (diarrhea) is considered urgent and can be life threatening in a bunny.
