I got Midas, a holland lop, a week ago. He is around 10 weeks old. At the moment, instead of feeding him treats (dried fruit or anything), I am just feeding him regular pellets. Is that ok? Should I switch to actually treats?

Thats totally fine! Rabbits need pellets daily. Since he is so young he should always have access to pellets (and hay). I would start introducing leafy greens (like romaine lettuce) around 15 weeks or so. Make sure its gradual, though.
When he becomes an adult You will want to limit his pellets based on his weight.

I wouldnt start introducing fruits as treats until around 8 months simply because the bacteria in their tummies are easily thrown out of wack by simple sugars found in fruits. Also, fruits are high in sugars and too much will make the bun chubby I personally use home grown herbs, like rosemary, as treats. but to each their own Try offering a different type of pellet or hay as a treat to start off with? Or just some pellets he already eats from your hand might work.

Thanks I heard dried fruit are good treats, but I also thought since he was young I shouldn’t, which is why I just fed him pellets instead, haha. He seems to be fine with them, so it works out great.

Yeah, his age i the main concern for treats in general :p But I’m glad the pellets work for you!
