        Hey everyone,

Before I begin let me say that Gizmo has a vet appointment at 1 pm today…about 2 1/2 hours from now.

I noticed this morning that he was resting his head on his water bowl…unusual for him. He also kind of stuck his face in, like he wanted water, but didn’t drink any. I offered him parsley and a small piece of papaya and he wouldn’t eat either. He was also grinding his teeth, which was my definite warning flag that something was wrong.

He was at the vet about a month ago and it was discussed that his teeth would need to be filed down sometime in the next year. He’s had his teeth filed once before, years ago. If it were his teeth needing filed, would it be this sudden? He was happy and eating yesterday, and I last saw him drink water around 5 or 6 pm yesterday afternoon.

I’m hoping and praying that it is just his teeth. His brother passed suddenly in Jan. so I naturally get worried that something else is wrong with my Gizmo

He doesn’t seem like he has lost weight, but I am freaking myself out because as I was petting him and running my hand down his little back, it seemed like there was more of a dip after passing his tummy and getting to his back legs (I hope that makes sense)…what does “too skinny” feel like?!

Until we leave in a couple hours…is there anything I can do for him? My heart is hurting for him…should I put some water in a syringe and try giving it to him? The last thing I want is to stress him out more…and he isn’t particularly crazy about being handled.

Any advice right now would be helpful…I am a worried bunny momma! Thank you

How is Gizmo doing? Hope all is well. What did the vet say?
