My bunny is very docile towards me, has full run of my room and does plenty of binkies/ sprawls out comfortably anywhere on my floor. He occasionally lets me pet him for a substantial amount of time and will purr/grind, but mostly it’s a few rubs and he’s gone. He has never bit me before and never lunged either(I’ve had him for about 7-8 months) I recently started letting him be on my bed again since he’s gotten better with litter training, and I have a blanket I place over my own( to keep his hair from getting everywhere) that he loves to bite/dig/glide etc. occasionally I have to spread it back out over my own and when I do so(just by pulling the corners) he will turn his ears and run towards my hand. I’ve read this is aggressive behavior, is he warning me to back off from “his blanket” or maybe think I’m playing? I pull my hand away before I have the chance to see if he’s following through with a threat lol.

My bunnies love to dig and slide on their blankets, but yes sometimes there will be some lunging and grunting if one digs on the other’s blanket. The rest of the time they share and snuggle together, I think it’s just a “get off MY toy!” thing because they get quite worked up and excited in digging mode.
