My 9 year old rabbit Abby is experiencing hair loss on her rump, right above the tail, one spot to the side of her tail and on her back feet. We had to bathe her because we just moved to a new location and she peed on herself during the car ride and we didn’t want her to have urine on her coat because it attracts bugs and pests. I’m hoping someone could help us out and tell us what is going on. Oh also there is no sign of lumps or tumors so I do not believe that this is caused by cancer. Please if anyone knows what is causing this please let me know! Thank you!

Possibly fur mite. Often, base of tail is where you’d see first signs.

Do you even see her grooming back or foot a lot or even chewing at the fur there?

Yes she’s been grooming back there. Also there are scratch marks on the bald spot.
