So, I have a 5 month old male rabbit and 1yr plus a few months old spayed female rabbit. Can I bond them together? If they don’t work out, I’ll keep them both still, Evie , the girl is currently in my bathroom while Sienna the boy is in my bedroom.

I know that they are issues with humping..but Sienna has never bumped anything or sprayed etc, but he has shown other signs of puberty..but never aggression, or anything like that.

Is it safe just to try one introduction date then see how it goes from there? If so, how would I go about it?

I’ve heard of people bonding a spayed girl with an intact male who can’t be neutered due to health reasons. I’d prefer NOT to get Sienna neutered, as he has no behavioral issues, really.

Sorry for the spelling errors, I’m on an iPad as Sienna chewed up my laptop charger! Don’t worry, he’s okay.

Not really, the hormones make their behaviour unpredictable.

Males don’t need to be neutered but only if they’re going to live alone, buns need to be neutered to be bonded
