Thanks to everyone who helped me figure out a ramp for Eclipse! I have pictured here what I managed to come up with. I was able to remove one of the legs on the stand so that the litter box can fit nicely. It is more stable than I thought it would be; zip ties are amazing! She did not use it at all for the first week or so, but I kept putting treats up in the loft and helped her go up and down a few times. In the picture she was up there all by herself though, and she goes up/down a few times a day now. I think a younger rabbit would have picked it up faster and might use the space more, but she does use it. I had just cleaned put her back in, and I always put a few treats up there after cleaning. At the very least it is slightly enriching for her to go up there and search for treats even if she doesn’t do anything else!

The ramp is made from poplar wrapped with a rug/runner. I would like to add rumble strips, but don’t have the tools needed at the moment. At the end are two hooks that attach to the platform. I made the platform out of a NIC panel and wrapped it with the same rug so the wire is covered. The panel attaches to the ex-pen and also helps hold up the stand. It is kind of the keystone of the whole thing really. The tub part of the loft is an old undersized rabbit cage that she had chewed to her liking. It was a great way to feed her/keep her hay and toys contained, but with how I have the linoleum wrapped up at the edges, it just took up extra space and was a pain to clean under (bunny poops roll yo!).

Overall I think the setup is pretty decent. If she manages to chew through this linoleum (and boy does she try!) or I need to remake this for whatever reason I will probably make her pen either into a square or at least overlap two ex-pen panels to make a diagonal line for a little more space and fluidity. Making it into a square would kind of impede walking to the kitchen, but the diagonal idea would look better, flow better, and be easier to clean. There are always improvements to be made!

          Looks good!
She doesn’t try to jump out of the cage base? I know mine would!

Nope. She’s older, and might be going blind, so I think just climbing up the ramp is a success. She is pretty cautious. Much more so now than in her youth, and I would definitely have a taller ex-pen and such if she was a younger bun. If I decide to get another bun after she is gone I will probably have to upgrade lots of things. But yeah, definitely not a problem with her, but if someone was considering this for a younger or more adventurous bun I would recommend taller everything!
