        I don’t understand my bunny’s behaviour.

He would come up to me smell me, and when I try to pet him, he will use his head to nudge my hand away. If I don’t stop, he will hop away.

And then, he’ll come back again and the same thing happens.

Sometimes when I’m petting the other bunny, he would nudge my hand away from the other bunny, is he trying to protect the other bun?

        Thank you!

It’s hard to know exactly what our rabbits are thinking.

Just based on what you say it doesn’t sound aggressive, it’s sounds almost playful…like maybe he’s just trying to say, hey, I’m here, just making sure you know that. But it’s really just anyone’s guess :~)

Sounds like begging for food if you ask me, nugging the hand might be telling you don’t want pets want food.

See My bunny and mom don’t interact much but when she comes near, bunny will always stand up sniffing around because the only time mom shows is to give food or a treat.

It’s hard to tell what bunnies want, but generally when mine do this type of thing they either want food, or want to play.

I think you guys are right! He’s probably asking for food because he’s very greedy!!

Wow! AndHenry! Your bunny loves the television!
So I think my bunnies were telling me not to off the airconditioner because they had chewed the remote control for the air conditioner!
