Since Lulu likes romaine, try to find veggies that are similar in crunch factor! I’ve learned that Bumpy prefers crunchy leaves. He doesn’t like collard greens or spinach (but he will eat them grudgingly). He LOVES Kale, Bok choy, green leaf lettuce, seems he might like oregano a little, but only very small amount, just a taste. I think it’s because it isn’t crunchy.

Have you tried Kale? Considering how cilantro and parsley are in taste, she may like kale.

Also, if you chop up the other veggies very small and sprinkle them over the veggies he does like, he will get used to the taste and perhaps learn to like the other veg.

Do you have two rabbits? What I do to get mine to eat a new veggie is wiggle it in front of them until one of them bites it. Then brotherly competition kicks in and both try to steal it from the other until it is all gone. I repeat this until both are happily munching on their own leaves.

If you just have the one, maybe wiggle it in front of him and you can provide a little resistance (like tug-of-war with a dog, but only a little so you don’t hurt him). Then you would be acting like the second bunny.
