Now I read a few posts and threads here of some bunnies eating peperoni, subway sandwiches or fruit loops but when comes to mine?

         Wet oatmal> runs

        dry oatmeal> sniff sniff eat

Hard candy that is banana flavored> ignores

Anything with milk> runs then thumps at repeated attempts of presenting it

        Meat> see milk

        Icecream > see milk

         dry cheerios > eats

        dry grape nutcereal >eats

Banana > attacks me for it

I am just a bit confused why some bunnies will eat human food while this one is like wth *THUMP*  I even tried cinnamon rolls and she thumps at that. Then I left my plate that was in her way and she did this stretch out “I do not know if I really like that” look when it just had some icing on it. She even thumped at that and I thought the sweet smell would appeal to her.

Now I am not going to feed her food she is not suppose to have (In the case of oatmeal/cheerios just in a blue moon and not a lot) but I just wanted to see her reaction to them because the wide range of responses I read here.

So what really kicks in of not to eat icing/ cinnamon/ ice cream? for meat I was told most do not like that because to them it is like eating them or something. Oh she also would have nothing to do with broccoli that was cooked with Chinese food but she nibbled on the fortune cookie

Bunnies mostly like fresh fruits & veggies or dry grains…that holds true even when you’re eating it. So people will report their bun attacked their “sandwich” when all the bun was interested in was the lettuce or the bread. Milk or milk products don’t hold much appeal for buns (unless, say, you’re eating a fruity yogurt – they sometimes will want the fruit part). Of course, some buns are garbage cans and eat things that are really bad for them, but they tend to be the exception.
My advice is to NOT offer your bun ANY people food. You don’t want her to think it’s ok to raid your plate when you’re not around.

Lol she wont “raid” my plate, I am always around.

For yogurt it is the same thing, she runs away from it.

I wonder how many buns are “garbage cans” and others are like mine. I even read a comment here that this one bunny attacks the pizza for pepperoni.

I had burger king today and I had the bag next to this ramp thing she walks up to get to her feeding area. When it was leaves time she hopped up to the spot that ramp is on then did this stretch out I do not like that look. I was kinda of shocked she was reacting like that then when i showed her the burger king bag she ran away and thumped.

So strange for me to hear some say their bunny tries to eat anything when I have this picky one :3

I wonder what makes her thump at anything she is not supposed to have.
