I know these are just “little” things, but they make all the work and worry over
the little furry butts worth it . . .

Yesterday when I went into the bunny area to feed Marlee and Moshi, Marlee
did as usual and ran in circles around my feet.  Moshi hopped out of
the x-pen door to explore the room (Moshi now has an invisible spring attached
to his butt — open the x-pen door and out pops the bunny).  I gave Marlee
her breakfast and waved my arms to get Moshi’s attention.  When he looked
up and saw I had his bowl, he wiggled his head and binkied (sp?) all the
way back to the food bowl.  It was soooo cute!  Seeing that made my
day, but then he took a bite of pellets and sat there looking up at me (chewing
the whole time) with what looked like a smile (like a baby chewing with
its mouth open) as if to say “Thanks Mom!”.  The little Moshster
        has my heart!

Then . . . While our Kieko is pretty much our lap bunny, our lops are usually
more into each other than into us.  For the last seven months (since we
got Marlee and Moshi), I have been an obedient bunny slave to my
M&Ms.  I have obeyed the “move out of my way, human”
head butts, the “pet me, human” head butts and nips, the “lay
down and be my jungle gym, human” commands, as well as the “make the
salad faster, human” thumps. I’ve rushed them to the vet at the
slightest sign of anything unusual, cried when I found out that Moshi was most
likely deaf, and spent countless hours preparing salads, and washing bottles
and bowls.  Last night, while in jungle
gym mode, Marlee and Moshi both hopped down from my back, hopped up to my face
(my head was laying on my arm) and, one after the other, chinned my arm.
(They’ve chinned every object upstairs, including each other’s poop but had
never chinned me!).  I’ve finally been claimed!

        Yesterday was a great day!

Awwwww!!! Isn’t that precious! I’m a little (LOT) jealous though – Henry has never chinned anything, let alone me.
Henry ‘claimed’ me the first time he turned his cute little butt towards me, lifted his tail and flicked his pee right into my face!
I like your way of being claimed and loved by the bunny way much better than mine! LOL!

I agree And Henri I like M&Ms ways better lol

How sweet.  I know I am claimed cuz Cotton will literally chew my hands to bits if I touch another bunny.  I get bunny kisses when I lie on the floor.

You got chinned awe    Yep a thats so worth it moment    Keep up the good work
