        Hi,

So Theo has been scratching at me a lot O_O at my ankles when I sit down it is so annoying and tickles! I read that they do this when they want attention but I am petting him and nothing makes him stop O_o Is he trying to tell me something or does he just smell something on me because I did hold a cat today is that what he smells? :/

        Thanks

        Anne

My rabbits never scratch me They only like sliding their fleeces away from them Maybe he is just being a little territorial. If he just started doing it today, then he probably just is smelling something.

Digging on clothes is a very normal behaviour, they’re natural diggers so it’s fun for them.
It’s also possible that he wants you to move out of his way.

I’m moving this to the Behavior Forum

My bunnies will scratch at my clothes when they are annoyed, want me to move or want me to pet them. Brats, really!
