My bunnies are 4 months old, and they have been neutered for almost 2 weeks so I don’t think he has issues with aggression.  When I come into the room, one of them would hop right up to my feet and start scratching my leg and nips my toes. If I wear long pants, he would nip at my pants. My questions for the bunny experts are, what does it mean when he does that? What can I do to stop the behavior? Thanks!

Many bunnies nip at toes because they want attention or treats.
When she nips you, shriek a high-pitched scream, this way she knows it hurts and will hopefully stop.

Yep, definitely attention-seeking behavior. LEL gave a good suggestion.
