Bun will be kept in a cabrio cat carrier. I covered the bottom with wood pellets and a layer of soft meadow hay on top for comfort and something to eat. The carrier comes with two bowls so I’m going to fill one with water mixed in Serene_UM Calm Rabbit Drops, the other with pellets. Journey begins around 10am so my bun should have enough time to run around during the early morning before I pack up and dismantle the cage. Should I sprinkle Excel Mountain Meadow Herbs on top of the meadow hay? Don’t want her to have runny poops and forced to sit on it for so many hours. Don’t think she’ll really eat during the train journey. It’s a long 9hr train journey. Do you think it’s safe to open the top of the cabrio carrier to let her stand up to stretch once in a while? I’d risk her trying to escape and some other passenger accidentally stepping on my rabbit.

Sorry this fell by the wayside without a reply. How did the trip go? I’m hoping that all is well and all that happened on the train is that you got several admirers of your cute bunny passenger. Please excuse the delay of a reply and let us know.

oh yes I’m interested to hear how it went! I’ve actually never ridden on a commercial train-I wonder if they are quiet if your rabbit would settle right in!
