So last night i gave Frappuccino mint, spinach, and curly parsley.

When i woke up i smelled this horrible poop stench in my room. I got up and went over to Frappy’s cage and i picked him up and held him to my chest. I put him back down and looked at my shirt. THERE WAS DIARRHEA ON MY SHIRT!

I usually dont give him a lot of veggies because he always gets runny poo! I always feel bad because rabbits need veggies and leafy greens but im worried that his immune system or something is acting up. Can you help me figure this out?? (Btw he has never had mint nor  curly parsley but he has had runny poop with greens he usually has.)

The sudden introduction of mint and parsley probably caused a tummy upset. When you give new veggies, you should introduce them slowly in small amounts. I would also change around his current veggies to see if you can end the runny poos.

Was the diarrhea like really soft cecals? Or watery? My bun is veggie intolerant too. If you start with a leaf of parsley for a week, then two leaves, then three, and so on, you can build up an immunity.

How long has he had this diarrhea? It may be an indication of a health problem. Could you possibly post a pic?
