Hey guys. So I was taking pictures of Stanley and noticed a red spot on his nose. It’s tiny but after finally getting a look at it it’s mildy red with a little Brown crust.  Now… as I had the flashlight to his nose I noticed some wetness. Is that ok?

It wasn’t running that I could tell but it was wet and there was some wetness on top of nose.  Maybe because he cleaned himself?  And Also he has been sneezing.  Not uncontrollably. But I noticed it a few times a day. Well. . 5 times today.  Hes eating and drinking. He still  plays (no binkying though) Should I bring him to the vet tomorrow

(If I didn’t have the light to his nose you can’t see the wetness, if I put my finger on his nose it’s not soaking/no residue on my finger)

He’s been snorting while eating and occasionally wheezes. The wheezing/snorting isn’t with every breath.

        Is this very serious? Help!

Hey Caitlyn! Could it be a little scratch that is healing? It sounds like Stanley is acting normally, so I wouldn’t be concerned – but now that your aware of it just keep an eye on it and see if it heals completely or gets worse?
I’ve heard of a few bunny’s on BB having the sneezes, and so far it seems to be related to dusty hay and even the air temp. Again, keep an eye on that too, if it gets worse/ more frequent? Maybe before you go to the vet (and pay a fee), give them a call (free), explain your concerns and see if they recommend that you bring him in? I’m sure other BBer’s who have had these same concerns will be able to tell you what they think and how they dealt with it. I know Stickerbunny just took her Sticker’s to the vet for sneezing, but she had a bad case. Take care Caitlyn, cheers.

Sounds like he could have a minor URI. I would take him to the vet as soon as you can, but it shouldn’t hurt him for now. My Lionel has chronic URI, and this sounds just like it. He sneezes a few times a day, has discharge from his nose, etc. but other than that is a normal healthy bunny.
