It’s called Florette Classic Crispy, and has mixed leaves: frisee, lambs lettuce, radicchio.

I have recently discovered bags of baby kale… My guys love it… they are not so keen on the mixes..
Buy a bag and dig through it, make sure there is no iceberg lettuce and anything you can’t identify.

Sounds fine to me. I like to buy the baby greens mixes because it gives the buns more variety. They don’t like the “adult” heads of romaine and such anyway.
