  Third try of bonding my HRS rescue English Spot to a Flemmie that my coworker was just gonna throw out like trash til I took the love-love girl. First time was a knock-down drag out, second was good for 15 min til my tiny boy bit the big girl on her butt; now third time around and they’ve been hanging out under the bed together for over a half hour!!!!! No love yet, but they’re getting comfortable with each other. Keep your fingers crossed for Reno and Leia!!!

  Well they were 3 hours in before Leia decided to eat Reno’s salad and he bit her on the butt. I think they did pretty darn well! I still separated them for the night while I’m not able to supervise. Dinnertime is the only issue arising I see so far!

  I’m happy to report that today, the dividing gate came down and the kids are doing great! No kissing or grooming, but they enjoy sitting next to one another. Bonding accomplished! I’m so proud of them, they both (as well as myself) worked very hard!
