Sometimes I see Stanley doing a strange motion and I was wondering if anyone’s ever seen this…

He was sitting faced away from me and started to do something that looked like he was going to throw up. Sort of how a cat looks right before throwing up a hair ball. I guess I could describe it as dry heaving? I KNOW rabbits cannot throw up which is why I’m wondering if anyone has any feedback about this sort of thing. I hope he’s not in pain He’s eating, drinking and playing.

        Thanks!

I’d say if Stanley is eating, drinking and getting about normally I wouldn’t be concerned. Has he only done this once? He may have just had something caught in his throat – I just read a forum (by Stickerbunny) about this, why I am thinking this could be the case. If Stanley does this frequently, let us know, it may be more serious? Cheers Caitlyn.
