I recently ordered some tea, and the box it came in seems to be a perfect size for a Lily hideout.  I’m not sure if it was exposed to anything nasty while being shipped, and I was wondering if there was any way of making sure cardboard is safe.

Hmm, I think most people just use cardboard boxes from wherever. You want to avoid cardboard that would have obviously been exposed to something, like boxes conventional fruit was shipped in or something used for bottles of chemicals.

To be honest, the only way to be 100% sure would be to use completely untreated, unprinted cardboard that has actually been tested for animal consumption. You can buy that from BB I’m pretty sure.

But LBJ is right, most people use boxes from wherever lol. On truck days at work (i’m in retail) I snag any boxes that look good (unless, of course, there’s like paint on them or something!) and I take off all the packing tape. I’ve used a ton of Moutain Dew boxes in the past when I used to drink that stuff lol.

Yeah I’ve been ordering a lot of stuff online and when it comes in I utilize the box and make something fun for the buns.
