He was a Holland lop, and had  a regular diet with plenty of love and attention……I got home  today to find my baby on his side and not moving.. This morning he was himself, hopping around begging to be let out but he died. I am devastated and confused and wounder if you know what caused his death.

I’m so sorry Jessica M – I am going to move this to the Rainbow Bridge for you.

It is impossible to know why – you could have your vet to a necropsy (which you would need to bring his body as soon as possible to the vet) and see if they can discover something.

I am sorry for your loss. Sudden deaths like that are hard to deal and understand. You could do what Sarita has mentioned and get a necropsy. You are in my thoughts.

Jessica M – I am so so sorry your Mufasa left you. Sometimes no matter how much you love that special someone, it just happens. I am thinking of you at this very sad time. Again, I am so sorry.
