        heyy people

this might sound strange to some but i was wondering what i can give to benji for christmas as it’s his first christmas with us and on his own outside as he was an indoor bunny with his previous owner. i was thinking about getting him a tunnel and wrapping it up in something that he can chew without us worrying about him as he is always chewing big holes in any bag we leave on the floor but i have no idea was would be classed as safe. i know there are days before christmas and that it might sound weird but i thought it will give him something to do and to play with will we are busy and that he wont be left out while we are opening presents

        thank you for any ideas

just give him any rabbit-safe toy. After all, he sounds like a chewer. There are lots you can cheaply make yourself (look it up on google and youtube), that im sure he will love. Or, go out and buy a rabbit or even a rabbit-safe bird toy from any pet store. Just, do some research first so you know what is considered rabbit safe and what isnt. But, since he is now outdoor bunny but used to be an indoor bunny, the best thing you could give him is a lot of love, affection, pets, cuddles, (after present opening) and maybe a nice, warm, cozy bed and some extra hay or straw in the hutch so hes toasty warm. That way he will know hes loved even though your busy. btw the tunnel idea of yours is great too.

I agree – lots of love and ‘tons’ of attention! (& maybe you can sneek him inside for a little while? he he he…).

I am planning to make and buy a number of toys stuffed with healthy treats and wrapping them with newspaper for my bun to “open” his presents on boxing day =) Of course love and attention comes hand in hand throughout this process haha

                Happy Holidays*!
