  I finally ordered my first item off the Binky Bunny store! Moogle has been digging in his litter off and on, but when he does he goes nuts. The scratching really annoys me but I am just hoping that if he can’t throw the litter, the digging in there will lose it’s appeal all together.

  Any idea how long something takes if it was Pre-ordered? Is that the same as being sold out on the BB store? I REALLY hope it gets to my house soon. I’m starting to feel my lack of sleep.

  Hi Jessie — for info about the store or your orders, be sure to contact us directly through the “contact us” link or just respond to your emailed invoice. (You’ll need to supply your first and last name when you email.) That way I can give you an update on your order. In general, Pre-orders vary depending on the product. Usually preorders take a few days to a week — We usually get restocked weekly and so it depends on when you ordered and how close your order is to that restock date (which varies each week).

  Okay I checked my status. It still says unshipped, so I will just keep checking.
