The rabbits have accepted that the majority of the carpet is not food. However, there is still one spot they are determined to eat. It’s blocked off sorta, but they are sure they can get past that. So, tonight they started tearing at the area to get to it and eat the carpet and I said no and they didn’t move, I wiggled the baby gate and they backed off for half a second. After several minutes of trying to make them lay off to only have them go back within a second, I got the water bottle. And Stickers CAUGHT THE WATER IN HER MOUTH and “chewed it”, swallowed and went back to what she was doing.

          Bahahahahaha! Smart little brat…

My bunny hates the water bottle. All I have to do is pick it up anymore and she runs for cover ^^

Doh! Never thought of the water bottle – just when I caught Henry being naughty gave him little finger smacks on his nose (yes, dumb I know, lol!) This morning at 4am, Henry woke me ripping up the packing boxes under my bed – still asleep, I’m waving my arm madly under the bed to get him to move on, didn’t work (again – I know). Guess what I’m buying tomorrow???? Hah ha ha….
To Stickerbunny – try my finger smacking (LOL) and I’ll give the water bottle a go! Cheers….

Lol yeah Powder hates it too, point it at him and he runs. Stickers is the “haha nothing you do is going to make me stop” kind of brat. Half the time I have to get up and pick her up as the only thing that works. Which is frustrating, since she KNOWS she isn’t supposed to do the things she does. She looks at me first to make sure I am not paying attention, so if I stare at her she won’t start til I look away. *sigh*

I would never smack her, no matter how softly. She is skittish enough already.

It was admittedly hilarious when she opened her cute bunny mouth wide, turned her head towards the water and then chewed it. She is such a weirdo.

Lol, what a little stinker. It’s awful how they do bad, bratty things and you can’t do anything but be amused because they do it so adorably!

Man I clap, use my clicker to discourage carpet eating and digging but its always temporary. They are right back at it when I turn away or sometimes right in front of me when I stop clapping! Which is why my rabbits have to be caged while I’m away. I’ve even seen them lick at and try to chew the walls. They’re like goats.
