One time I ran from my bed to the kitchen just to see what BUDDIE would do, and he chased me, so then I ran to the closet, he chased me again. So I thought I would reverse the rolls and ran towards him, he didn’t move, so I tickled his face, that gets him excited, and I said… I’m gonna get you, then u tickled his paw, and he ran, I chased him around my appartment saying I’m gonna get you, and if he stops running from me, I’ll take off running and he’ll chase me. Its great exercise for them. Also when I just stand up and stay there,  he circles my feet, round and round, changing directions, hopping threw my legs. When he stops, I say.. I’m gonna get you, tickle his paw till he runs, and the chase is on, while he’s running from me he’s hopping why up in the air doing little twists. That’s a happy/playfull sign. He never runs out of food, and he’s getting a bit fat, so I know this playtime excersize is good for him.

Sounds like your bunny is playing with you like he would another bunny.

Some bunnies do love to be chased. As long as you are positive that your bunny likes it/is not scared,(ears up, binkies, etc) it is a great way to exercise with your bunny. You do, however, need to be VERY careful as bunnies can change directions quickly and you do not want bunny to get stepped on or hurt. I would not play chase on slippery floors, as bunny could and get hurt. Do not run full speed at bunny(light jog is ok) and take frequent breaks. If you take all the safety precautions, this is a fun way to bond and play with your bunny.
Bella loves her game of tag. She will come up to me and dance around my feet, waiting for me to dance back. I circle her a few times, and then she speeds away a few feet and looks over her shoulder to taunt me. When I get close to her, she binkies away and does zooms, stopping whenever she thinks I should try harder. Silly girl. We always end our game with some more dancing and finally some grooms.

That is so cool, Yea I try to stay on the carpet so he don’t slide. I’m so glad to hear you also play the chase game. BUDDIE has his spot were I leave him alone, and he know it. So he’s pretty much trained me I guess, when he’s ready to play again, he pops out and jumps on my bed for a hello, then jumps off to go eat and explore. I usually leave him alone when he’s in front of his fan on the floor, and when  he’s eating, or resting, if he wants to be pet, he lays by my bed. That’s his sign… Pet me.. If he wants to play, he jumps on my bed, then on my chest, then hops back on the floor looking at me,  chase is on lol
