Hi, couple months ago i presented our lovely boy who turned out to be a girl.
        Pixelle
today, i would like to present our new friend

First I must say that since i am on this forum i have read you guys a lot but i don’t post very much. so i decided that it was better to find a spayed/neutered Bun that was looking for a new home instead of going for a fresh new one. actually i think it is less trouble as he is already neutered and trained.

We don’t know his real birth date as we are his 3rd home but he is approximately 2 years old and we pick him up on September 27th so we decided it will be his birth day from now on. he was very calm and a bit shaky the first day he arrived with us. now he is very calm and always ready for some petting. once out of his cage he becomes an explorer .

I was wondering if I could name him something else than his original name? what are your thoughts on that? his original name his Hershey, which kind of fit him good because of his color.

        here are some pics

          Very cute!

And I think you can rename him if you want. I renamed Dobby. He was named Yoshi for the first three years of his life. I really don’t think he knows his name but I do think he understands the tone of my voice. If I say either “No” or “Dobby” in the same tone, he knows he’s doing something he shouldn’t.

            thanks!

as long as you don’t give Dobby a sock i think everything will be fine

on another note, would somebody know what his color is called?
also, what race is he? i would guess Netherlands dwarf? but i’m no expert…

From the picture, he looks big for a netherland dwarf but it’s always so hard to tell in pictures. How much does he weigh?

I will know tomorrow as he have his vet appointment. He is bigger than the female. She is half netherland dwarf half holland lop. But he looks fatter and he his older. I’d say just a bit under 4 pounds, i’ll know for sure tomorrow .

                  4.1 pound… heavier than i though haha
apparently he needs to go down to about 3 pounds.

the vet said that he is a mix and that his face looks like a Rex but she can’t confirm.
