I posted a while ago about litter questions, and I figured it out: its the fleece. I removed the fleece on the bottom level of their hutch and not on the top. No poo on the bottom, but plenty on top. I moved the fleece to a little corner they dont use, and lo and behold it's their new bathroom. How can I fix this? I don't want to remove all of the fleece becuase I am afraid of them developing sore hocks. (BTW, my two buns are male dwarf dutch mix and female mini lop mix. both are fixed.)

i use news paper to line my bunnys cage. if i put any type of soft material like a blanket or towel or rug he will always poop and pee on it. so i just removed it all and he does fine with just the news paper

Bunnies don’t really need cage liners unless they are on a wire surface. I would just take the fleece out. Sore hocks isn’t really that common in bunnies who aren’t on wire floors, especially non-rex breeds (rex have thinner fur)
